Spring Walking Tour - 10am-1pm

Come and celebrate spring with us as the farm bursts into life! Our Spring Walking Tour is a relaxed, guided wander around Radford Mill Farm, with plenty to see, learn, and enjoy, and lots of opportunities to ask questions along the way.

The walk starts at 10am by the Piggery
Expect a gentle, friendly walk around the farm, through fields, polytunnels, and working areas, with time to pause, listen, ask questions, and enjoy being outdoors together.

Meet our new spring lambs
April is lambing time, and all the lambs should be born by then! You’ll get the chance to see them up close and chat with Josh and Liz, who’ll be sharing stories and answering questions about the sheep, lambing, and life on the farm.

Veg growing & polytunnels
We’ll take a walk through our polytunnels and veg fields, where you can see rows of young seedlings and early crops getting established. Lucas will be on hand to talk about organic growing and answer any questions you have about how we grow organic food with care for the land.

Chickens & eggs
You’ll also hear from Angelica, who’ll be talking about our chickens and organic egg production. Organic eggs will be available to buy on the day, unless you’re lucky enough to win them!

Free raffle for ticket holders
Everyone who buys an entry ticket will receive a free raffle ticket for a chance to win a Radford Mill Farm seasonal veg box, filled with fresh, in-season produce grown right here on the farm.

Warming up together
At 12 noon we’ll finish by gathering in the farmhouse to enjoy homemade organic soup and rustic bread, and a chance to sit, chat, and connect.
