About our Apples - Cooking
These apples are picked fresh from our orchards. We grow different type of apples throughout the year to maximize the variety and biodiversity, so the varieties will vary by time of the year, but they are all delicious! We have a small orchard as well as an agroforestry field, which is a field that grows veg in between rows of fruit trees. The orchard is grazed by our small flock of sheep which help fertilise the trees and keeps the grasses and weeds down which makes harvesting a lot easier!
