Our Apple Cider Vinegar with the mother is made from apples harvested from our orchard and agroforestry fields. The vinegar is fermented in small batches on the farm for 2 years to reach the peak of flavour and the perfect acidity. We use windfall apples and ones that can't be sold to try and reduce as much waste as possible, and all the pulp from processing is composted on the farm.
